How to Handle Spam Mails In Office

I always wonder what goes in the minds of people who reply to the spam mails. “Please Do Not Reply All. This is causing trouble for me in checking my email”. And then another mail comes with the same content and again. Then someone says “Don’t you guys have common sense at all. Why are you replying to All”. So this goes on and on, with no one being aware as what the original intended mail was. And as a silent spectator I just look at these mails, wondering who are these people who cant stop for few mins or allow this chain to stop. They can any day create a rule to send the spam mails, instead of replying to the same chain and extending the game of spamming.

The analogy which I can relate to for this comes down to the point where humans not so common, uncommon sense can cause stampede and other troubles by behaving as a herd of sheep. So next time in your office you hear the ping saying ‘Please Do not Reply to All’. Take a deep sigh, put on a smile on face, have a cup of coffee and continue your work. But please do not contribute to the DRAMA of spamming.
